My boy Bill is at it again…
This time he’s getting together a bunch of people and has formed Sunflower Seeds Without A Trace (SSWAT). The idea is that they’ll sneak into public flower plots, or even in people’s flower and vegetable gardens and plant sunflower seeds. They figure people smile when they see sunflowers blooming and he and his friends will smile knowing they’ve done a little prank where they can see the results. He already has SSWAT team members in several states and probably will in several countries before he’s through.
And he calls ME quirky!
